Review: My friends and I tried this rose at a free wine-tasting at the Vintage Cellar. The wine tasted light, fresh, and bubbly. It was on the sweeter side and had strong fruit flavors of peach and clementine. It seemed low in tannins as it did not make the mouth pucker like some of the others we tasted did. We did not pair it with food because it was a tasting, however, we did make sure to start by tasting the rose before we moved on to the reds in order for the reds to not interfere with the taste. This became a group favorite, and our friends bought a bottle to take home with us.
