Review: This wine was dry and high in acidity. It had a pungent smell and the taste consisted of bold, earthy flavors. The wine was not super full in body, but not exactly light either. It had much more earthy flavors than many of the other whites I have tried this semester. It was not nearly as light or crisp as others have been.
